the ripple effect
i reached into my apron pocket the other day to grab my scissors, green tape and sharpie ( as i do at least 40 times a day) to label something. something hit me. the kitchen ripple effect. How many kitchens had champion juicers before JG came out with his cookbook simple cuisine? do you think the guys at poly science ever thought that their lab based equipment would fall in the hands of cooks. i'm pretty sure that american harvest never thought their food dehydrators would ever be used to make bacon powder.
